2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS

All digital products, including lesson plans, printables, graphics, templates, and training materials, are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing a digital product, you receive a single-user license, which allows you to use the resource in your own teaching practice. You may not share files, upload them to public platforms, or distribute them to others.

3. COURSES & MEMBERSHIPS

When purchasing a course, membership, or subscription, you understand:

• Access begins immediately upon purchase

• Access may be revoked for misuse or violation of these terms

• Payment is required in full unless a payment plan is provided

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle

You are responsible for cancelling your own subscription through your account or billing portal. We do not issue refunds for partial billing cycles or unused time.

4. CONSULTING & COACHING CALLS

Consulting calls (including Mini Mat Chats™, strategy sessions, and multi-session packages) are prepaid and non-refundable.

Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before your appointment. Missed sessions or no-shows are forfeited.

Coaching is educational in nature and does not guarantee financial or business results.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). By purchasing, you agree to the processor’s terms and authorize recurring billing when applicable.

You agree to provide accurate payment information. If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend your access until payment is updated.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site—including text, photos, videos, graphics, logos, branding, digital downloads, lesson plans, curriculum, and training materials—is owned by Little Yogis Academy® and protected by copyright law.

You may NOT:
