Thank you for choosing Little Yogis Academy® (“we,” “us,” “our”). We are committed to providing high-quality digital resources, training, and support for educators and kids yoga professionals. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (NO REFUNDS)
All digital products — including printable resources, downloads, lesson plans, templates, worksheets, graphics, and curriculum materials — are final sale.
Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any digital purchases.
If you experience an issue with your download, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
2. ONLINE COURSES & TRAININGS (NO REFUNDS)
Due to the immediate access provided to course content, videos, training materials, and downloadable resources, all course purchases are non-refundable.
Please read course descriptions carefully before enrolling. If you have questions, contact us prior to purchase.
3. MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS (NON-REFUNDABLE + AUTO-RENEW)
Memberships (including Mat to Market™) and subscription products:
Are non-refundable
Automatically renew each billing cycle
May be cancelled at any time inside your account settings
Cancellations stop future charges but do not provide a refund for the current billing period.
No prorated refunds are offered.
If your payment method fails, access may be suspended until updated.
4. COACHING & CONSULTING CALLS (NO REFUNDS)
All coaching, consulting, and strategy sessions (including Mini Mat Chat™) are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.
Missed or no-show appointments are forfeited.
5. PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE
For physical items shipped to you (e.g., printed decks, apparel), we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. DUPLICATE CHARGES / ERRORS
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a duplicate payment, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate.
7. TECHNICAL ISSUES
If you experience difficulty accessing your products or membership, please email us at info@littleyogisacademy.com and we will help resolve the issue.
Technical issues are not grounds for a refund, but we will ensure you receive your purchase.
